At Dua Studio, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

• You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• We happily accept exchanges for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original, unused condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
